Give up 0% equity. We present a fixed price for products (i.e. your product!) and services. When you start earning revenue, you'll pay us back this amount, plus interest, over several years.

Flexible product control. Villagers will host and manage your product for as long as you want. When you're ready to leave you can take your product and code with you.

Our village is strong. We’re a hands-on resource that can help you with new feature planning, interviewing engineering talent, expert referrals and more.

The first step is to fill out our intake form - this covers the basics and helps us get a sense of where you're at.

We'll reach out to you to schedule an initial call, where we'll ask more about your business, go through the details of how villagers works, and discuss whether it's a good fit for you.

diligence

We will spend a few days with you and your team going into detail.

We look to understand your core competencies as a team, what you have built so far, and any potential roadblocks or assumptions that need to be tested.

Once we have all this, we can map out the potential paths forwards for your business — we call this your Tree of Life.

Having identified some paths forward, we'll move on to the hard questions: how are you going to acquire paying customers?

We'll spend time with you to figure out revenue projections, factoring in how these would be affected by different feature sets or go-to-market strategies.

At this point, we have enough information to decide whether we can fund your product development.

We aim to provide a term sheet to as many companies as possible.

If we are not able to invest at this time, we will suggest concrete steps you can take, and goals that, if achieved, could change our decision. We commit to re-evaluating our decision if/when you reach those goals.
